Please rest assured that all information you submit is transmitted and stored securely, using industry-standards encryption technology. For more information on security and privacy, please refer to our privacy link located. Click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button below each item to add it to your shopping cart.

     a) 2 Ways to Shop:

You have the option of shopping by price range/category or by (specific) product categories. To begin your shopping experience simply click the appropriate links/icon and follow to simple instructions located on each page.

     b) Shopping Cart:

Our "ICAT" Shopping Cart is easy to use. Click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" button below each item to add it to your shopping cart. You may modify your Shopping Cart by changing the order quantity or removing items.

     c) Account Sign in:

You will be asked to create a new fancyfoodbasket.com web site account or sign in to your existing account.

     d) Information You Submit:

i. Billing Information: You will be asked to enter your billing address and credit card information.

ii. Ship to Address: You will be asked to select ship to address for your order.

iii. Shipping Details: Please include your requested delivery date, any special delivery instructions and your gift message in the comment area of check out. This should include any special delivery instructions and/or your gift message.

     e) Complete Purchase:

You will check your order invoice, enter your credit card information and complete your order transaction. After completing your order, make sure to sign out of your account. This is particularly important for those using a computer accessible by others. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. Guarantee & Return Policy

We have selected products for their outstanding quality and in accordance with our uncompromising standards to ensure that you will be delighted with your selections. If for any reason, you and your gift receipt are not completely satisfied we will gladly replace the item(s) or offer a full refund. Please save all boxes and packing materials and maintain any product in your refrigerator or freezer, as appropriate, pending resolution of the problem. CANCELING ORDERS

SALES TAX

Sales tax applies to New York residents only. Tax is charged on Gift Basket items only.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We are unable to accept cash or ship COD.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION (Gift Baskets)

In order to meet requested delivery dates, some items may be substituted for items of equal or greater value.

AISLE PRODUCTS

Occasionally a tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this occurs, we will notify you at once and will send the item as soon as it arrives. If you prefer, we will gladly cancel the order. Note that products ordered together may be shipped separately.

SHIPPING

General

All orders that you ask to be shipped at once are sent the day we receive your order or on the next day. Purchases are shipped UPS Ground from New York. Premium UPS services such as NEXT DAY AIR and 2nd DAY AIR are also available for phone orders & faxes only. Your order should arrive by UPS GROUND in the Eastern US within 3 or 4 days and in the West and South between 4 and 7 days during normal shipping times. Phone orders & faxes only: UPS NEXT DAY is a service whereby UPS guarantees the delivery of your package 1 day after it is shipped. UPS 2nd DAY is also a service whereby UPS guarantees the delivery of your package 2 days after it is shipped. FFB can locate packages within the UPS system by using a tracking number. It is best to allow for a few extra days during the holiday season.

     FFB is also pleased to offer you the convenience of requesting advance arrival dates. This means you can place your order now, and choose a specific arrival date in the future. Restrictions may apply. Please just follow the directions within the Shopping Cart.

     If you request delivery for a holiday, we time the shipments to reach their destination about one week before the actual holiday, to allow for peace of mind and to insure delivery to those who may be leaving early for holiday trips.

Specialty Wrapping

All FFB baskets include free specialty wrap, bow and gift card. Baskets are wrapped in crystal clear shrink wrap and topped with a beautiful handmade bow. Please be sure to specify the occasion for the gift and we will gift wrap it accordingly. Also, please include a gift message and we will include it on a personalized gift card.

Packaging

All FFB products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed in bubble wrap or with state of the art "air bag" packaging technology. No messy popcorn filler will be used. This manner of packing will assure the arrival of your purchases in superb condition.

Perishable Items

Our products are available year round...but shipment on Baskets containing meats and/or cheeses (Deli-zioso classic, supreme & deluxe; Viaggio Alla Campagna) during late spring and summer months may be limited to the North Eastern US or sent by UPS 2nd DAY AIR. The additional cost of shipping these items UPS 2nd Day will be reflected in our shipping rates calculated at purchase.

Rates

Due to the varying basket sizes, shipping rates are NOT the same. The shipping rates for our baskets are based on weight and box dimensions in accordance with UPS current rates. Please refer to checkout area for individual shipping rates.

Delivery Areas, Restrictions & Policies

Please read the following information about our delivery locations and restrictions.

We CAN:

* Deliver all items, except those containing meats or cheeses, to Alaska and Hawaii. Due to transit time and distance, we must ship and charge items delivered to these locations at the next-day delivery rate. Shipping to these locations will be charged at a UPS Next Day Air rate due to long transit times and distance.

Sorry, we CANNOT:

* Ship outside the 50 United States, to PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.

* Assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to product on shipments or gift shipments left outside with customer's authorization.

* Assume responsibility if deliveries are restricted or impaired by inclement weather events.

Miscellaneous:

* For your protection, all shipments going to apartments, businesses and addresses with a suite or floor number require a signature at time of delivery.

* If you choose 2-day delivery service on Thursday after 1:30 p.m. and delivery is unavailable to your ZIP code on Saturdays, the next available arrival date will be Wednesday. (phone and fax orders only)

* If you chose next-day service on Thursday after 1:30 p.m. and delivery is unavailable to your ZIP code on Saturdays, the next available arrival date will be Tuesday. (phone and fax orders only)
